We have used Vincent Heating and Plumbing since 1995! In April 2025 they installed our new furnace and a/c. Today Andrew and Frank were here today to clean our duct work including dryer vent! They showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, moved furniture to get at the vents, cleaned up after they completed the duct cleaning. Very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Vincent’s Heating and plumbing. We also have the maintenance program where they come out once a year for maintenance on the furnace/ac. I also want to give a shout out to Nancy in the office. You can tell she answers the phone with a smile. Anytime they have sent Andrew out she always gives us a call to let us know when he is on his way. That is very rare with company’s these days. Marvin consistently demonstrates exceptional care in his service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the team at VHP! In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. They communicate clearly when they're coming and going and even respecting my little Post-it notes, reminding them not to let my cat out. 👍🏻❤️
